Through the integration of advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) software with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ECSI360 seamlessly delivers design, construction, service and maintenance. The ability to use a singular database to merge Revit, 3D CAD, CAM, EST and most EAM software packages provides our clients with reduced schedules and cost certainty throughout the entire lifecycle of a facility. Facility management is then handled through our proficiency with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) by gathering data in real time from various locations and using a 3D proprietary interface (YouBIM) to control, continuously commission and optimize efficiency of equipment.
