The company was established by a retired Lieutenant Colonel (LTC), with 28 years of military service and 20+ years of Active Federal Service (AFS) as a Commissioned Officer, to provide an avenue for continued service to our country. Our mission is to support the community with the most effective and efficient processes, to produce quality and cost-effective results, On Time On Target!!!
