About

From the company's SBA profile, updated Sep 2026

MURCOM, INC. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that plans, acquires federal surplus property, manufacturers and executes pre-positioning of mobile power generators to serve small towns and businesses before, during, and after a federal or state disaster. We work with the "last mile" local disaster areas by developing logistics and electrical packages to serve those who would mostly be left behind after a disaster. By utilizing local veterans with unique skills from their prior service, MURCOM, INC. delivers actual relief where the local officials feel it is needed best. Coordination is made with federal, state, and local emergency management officials to determine where the many federal surplus assets can be best utilized to assist the most citizens effectively. Prior planning with local small businesses also ensure that temporary power and shelter will be provided in real time after a disaster.
