How the alerts work

Government contract alerts in Procura take three steps and no saved searches.

  1. Add your capability statement to your team.

  2. Procura reads each new SAM.gov notice, attachments included, and rates its fit from 0 to 3 stars.

  3. When a notice rates 3 stars, everyone on your team with alerts on gets an email.

Each email goes out as soon as its analysis finishes.

The subject line names the opportunity, so you can sort your inbox at a glance.

When an amendment or a newer notice also rates 3 stars, you get an update email that says what changed.

A saved search matches the words and codes you enter. Procura compares what each notice asks for with what your firm does.

How many alerts will I get?
