Prime award data is loaded from USAspending.gov monthly and subcontract reports from SAM.gov daily.

One page per contractor, agency and NAICS code

Each company gets a profile page built from its prime awards and subawards:

  • Contract awards by fiscal year
  • Buyers: the agencies and offices it sells to
  • Teaming: its primes and its subcontractors
  • Its UEI in the page address, with UEI and CAGE code lookups

Browse all contractor profiles, or open a NAICS code or a state.

See who each agency buys from

Agency pages follow the way buying offices are organized:

  • Departments, then sub-agencies, then individual offices
  • The contractors each one buys from, by contract dollars
  • The industries each office buys in
  • Contracts at busy offices that come up for recompete

Start at the agency pages.

When USAspending is still the right tool

USAspending.gov stays the place to go for some jobs:

  • It is the official source of record for federal spending.
  • It offers bulk files and full database downloads for your own analysis.
  • Its public API needs no key.

Many teams use both: USAspending.gov for the raw files, the explorer for quick answers about a company or an office.
